A little about me
- I lead a very simple life. I am married to a wonderful husband, and I have been blessed to have two equally as wonderful daughters
- Both are married. One lives in Florida, having just completed her MBA. The other is a nurse and the mother of an amazing daughter.
- I have a degree in Biology from Queens University, though right now I live on the East Coast of the United States and I work in the finance industry. If you can figure out how I got from one to the other, please tell me so we will both know..
- I am a lover of fantasy and science fiction, the authors I like are too numerous to mention here, though I will admit a long standing love of Anne McCaffrey and Marion Zimmer Bradley, though Raymond Feist, CS Friedman and Sara Douglass current favorites. I will also admit though will admit to a die hard addiction to good historical romance, as long as they don't have glaring historical inaccuracies and don't have bad garb on the cover.
- My favorite movies are too many now to list. Give me any fantasy/sci fi or historical movie and I am set
- Music ..generally soundtracks of my favorite movies.. and good old fashioned metal.

In the Society
- I am Baroness Rainillt de Bello Marisco, a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) currently part of the East Kingdom. I would consider myself a medievalist.
- I am part of ICOD which is a household within the SCA.
- I hold the rank of Court Baroness and am a Member of the Order of the Maunche as well as a Senior Member of Athena's Thimble.
- I currently hold the office of Southern Region Deputy for Arts and Science for the East Kingdom.
